I started this transformative experience when my weight was 66kg, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Throughout the program, I received invaluable guidance from a team of experts including a Nutritionist, Physiotherapist, and a Success Coach. Their collective support played a crucial role in helping me reduce weight while maintaining a healthy balance of protein, fiber, fats, and carbs. The program also included a combination of mental and physical exercises, contributing to both my physical well-being and mental resilience. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Daksha, Divya, Rose Marry, Gargi, and Hussein for being instrumental in my weight loss journey. Fitterfly is a very user friendly team. The app is very easy to use. The complete team comprising of my personal coach, the nutrition coach or be it my physician coach has been very motivating and positive about handling to reverse my diabetic. My perspective towards life and handling challenges have really been very positive. I really thank the entire team.

The biggest concern I had with my diabetes was my diet and lifestyle which was not as balanced as it is now. Fitterfly has helped me regain control over both my diet and lifestyle and has contributed largely to reduce my diabetes with a significant rate. my journey throughout the period of course has been smooth and I didn't face any major issues. I liked the fact that I had access to doctors and consultants whenever I needed to ask a question. My coach was an excellent guide and helped me with each step of this journey. I was very grateful to have such a coach. The information provided to me about diabetes was very useful to me as I was not aware about most of the facts and has helped me navigate through this journey. After using fitterfly I feel more healthier and happier and I feel confident about keeping my diabetes under control as well as maintain my diet and lifestyle. i would never go back to my previous lifestyle. I would definitely recommend fitterfly to my friends and family suffering from diabetes

Losing the extra weight, I am able to move around better, more flexible, my thyroid medication is also decreased from earlier and hope it will went back to normal soon . I feel great, I look better, my clothes fit better.and I also want to thank my nutritionist to give me more knowledge about eating Well and my success coach for giving me relationships advice and groom my personality and think about myself more.
